Information, not advice
CentExact provides calculators and explanatory content for general information. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or medical advice, and nothing creates a client or professional relationship. Results depend entirely on the figures you enter and on the formulas and data described on each page; institutions may calculate differently, and rules and rates change. Verify anything that matters with the organisation involved or a qualified professional before acting.
Accuracy
We take care to implement published formulas correctly, test them against reference values and keep reference data current, and we show the sources and review dates we rely on. We cannot guarantee that every figure is correct or current at the moment you use it, and we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of a result. If you find an error, please report it.
Acceptable use
You may use the calculators for personal or internal business purposes. You may not scrape, copy or republish the site's content or code at scale, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that breaks the law. Linking to any page is welcome.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design and code are owned by CentExact or its licensors and protected by copyright. Formulas and public data are, of course, not ours to own.
Advertising and third-party services
The site is funded by advertising served through Google AdSense, and it uses analytics services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices, described in the privacy policy. Advertisements are labelled, and we do not run sponsored calculators or paid placements. We do not endorse advertised products, and any transaction with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CentExact is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use or from reliance on any result or content.
