Interest rate trackers

The rates that set what borrowing costs and what saving pays, country by country: each central bank's policy rate first, then the official average rate on new mortgages or loans where one is published. Every series is read from the authority's own data and checked against figures we already know before a file is accepted, and each downloads as CSV.
